All spindles motors are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal operating conditions for:
Air Bearing Spindles - 180 Days from date of service
Ball Bearing Spindles - 120 Days from date of service
The warranty is void if damage is caused by improper handling or use including, but not limited to: damage during installation, neglect, accident, and insufficient maintenance.
If a spindle should fail during the warranty period, a spindle analysis will be performed to determine the possible cause(s) of failure. The warranty is void if our spindle analysis indicates failure caused by, but not limited to, one or more of the following modes:
